Application wont even execute - total waste of money.

I cant tell if the application is a good one or not. Every time I click on "NOIR" to see the options, the thing quits and dumps be back out to Finder.

This is one application that is NOT ready for the app store, if it is this unstable.

5.99 totally wasted.

How does something this unstable even get into the App Store to begin with? Doesnt anyone even check to see if it will even execute?
